She replaced the pillow taking care to leave its unicorn picture upside down as found and backed from the room. The door closed with a click.
"Was it there?" asked her husband.
She uncurled her fingers revealing a small, white tooth. "Your turn," she said.
"Why?"
"I forgot my purse."

  1. I kept most of my daughter’s baby teeth in a jar and still have them. One time she lost one baby tooth at school, the teacher put it in an envelope for he to bring home, know there was a mom who treasures those little teeth!
