The problem with Venice? Wet streets.
Six Word Stories: Wet
Published by Richard Ankers
Richard is a writer and author of The Eternals Series published by Creativia. A former Authonomy.com gold medalist, part of HarperCollins, Richard has had many short stories and poetry published and always feels extremely privileged each time. A prolific writer, a constant source of clearing his mind, Richard has created this website to share just some of the many poems and prose he has written that would otherwise have fallen by the wayside. Reading and writing have always been Richard's main love along with the pursuit of keeping fit. Running, walking, and anything that provides a spectacular view always feature highly for him. Running in the rain with his headphones on whilst dreaming up some future storyline is just about perfect. It would be nicer still if that run was in Switzerland or Norway, but we can't have everything. Oh, and coffee, lots and lots of coffee. View all posts by Richard Ankers

I’ve always wanted to visit Venice. I think driving in a boat down the street would be so much fun. I can imagine F yelling at the gondola driver. LOL
Hey I got a notice that your 3rd book is out! I sneaked a peek and I love it. Jean is still going strong. I’m so happy for you Richard. This is your dream come true. Hooray!!!
I know we keep saying we’ll catch up and we will. This publishing biz is a crazy one π
It sure is, but it was nice to see you. π
I had to come looking for you today! Today is my deadline day but maybe we can catch up Friday or so! π LOL haha
Yeah, let’s try it. I’m here, so you’ve no excuse. LOL
AWE that’s funny! You are right you are here. I’m not as much anymore. But I’m starting to have more energy to spare here! π
That’s good. I’m not used to me having more energy than you. You can pinch some if you want.
Awe thank you for that I’ll take it. You are so kind to me πΌπ€
I can’t believe you’ve just left this. I read Alex’s message this morning and thought you was hurt? I hope you’re okay.
Ha ha. Wear your galoshes. π
Good idea
And death… death in Venice π
That too. π
One of the most wonderful places in the world though… I love it!
Definitely. Believe it or not, the girl that makes me a coffee on a morning is from Venice. What’s the chances?
You wouldn’t get away with a coincidence like that in a novel…
I know. And the pictures on the coffee shop wall are of Venice too. LOL
Now that’s just getting silly!
Weird but true.
